Hi, I’m Dennis and I’m from Rastatt in Baden-Württemberg. After losing almost 30kg in 2017 and awakening my desire to run, the next logical step was my first Spartan Race in 2018 thanks to the encouragement of a few friends: Munich.
Spartan Race is now more than just a sport for me, it’s a way of life and the community in particular is unlike any other sport in this form.

My name is Manuel Lauber and I was born on 25 October 1979 in Germany. I currently live in Friedrichshafen and have been selected as Vice Team Captain for the German Sparta Team of Spartan Race 2021.
After ten years of rock’n’roll club, years of fanfare and a longer break, I needed a new challenge. Like any good idea, I came up with the idea of running a Spartan Race Super in Oberndorf in 2018 just for fun and a beer with friends in 2017. After that, I was hooked! In addition to a Trifecta 2019, I took part in a few virtual races in the Corona year 2020. In 2021, I am already ready for the championship in Sparta with a team from the Legion! AROO!!!
